Upgrades to Debian Bullseye

Debian 11 (Bullseye) Upgrades # Starting September 16, 2021, I will begin the process of upgrading the Debian 10 (Buster) machines on my network to Debian 11 (Bullseye). Bullseye was released a little over a month ago now, on August 14, 20211. With it came several new updates to software packages that are used extensively on my systems.
